Mycochroma is a polychrome version of Mycocaster, this guitar is available in many custom natural colors. Mycocaster is a guitar grown from mycelium and recycled paper. The ethos behind this project is all about growing resources instead of extracting them, reducing the use of rare woods. Its interchangeable core (bass/mids/treble) is home-grown with agricultural by-products and mycelium, while the outer shell is made from compressed paper. It blends transducer sounds from the mushroom substrate with a magnetic pickup for a unique sonic palette.
